Shredded Beef:

3 lb. Beef Chuck Roast, cut into 3 equal pieces
1 head Garlic, cloves peeled & mashed
1 TB. Dried Oregano**
1 tsp. Dried Rosemary**
1 tsp. Dried Parsley**
Pink Himalayan Salt
Course Black Pepper
4 c. Low Sodium Beef Broth

** You can sub fresh herbs for dried, at a rate of 3x the amount

Brazi Bites

Trader Joe’s Mango Ginger Chutney

To make in a slow cooker:

In a 5-to-6-quart slow cooker, combine beef, garlic, oregano, rosemary, parsley and broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high until beef is tender and can be pulled apart with a fork, 6 to 7 hours.

To make in the oven:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. In a large Dutch oven, combine beef, garlic, oregano, rosemary, parsley and broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook until beef is tender and can be pulled apart with a fork, 5 to 6 hours.

Bake Brazi Bites according to instructions on package. After letting cool for a couple minutes, cut in half. Add chutney & shredded beef. Simple but packs a flavorful punch!

And, duel purpose to simplify hosting, the shredded beef can also be used for another recipe idea to come! πŸ˜‰πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‹
