Perfect Seasonal Side Dish: Sweet Potato with Cranberries & Rosemary 

In all my leftover recipes for Thanksgiving, I had lots of sweet potatoes & cranberries in the house. 

But, sometimes, what works best in a fun, surprising way is putting those things together. 

So that’s exactly what I did! 😉

What You’ll Need, for every 1-2 servings:
1 TB. EVOO

Medium Sweet Potato, diced 

1 tsp. Paleo Powder “Pink”

1/3 c. Cranberries

1 sprig Fresh Rosemary

Heat EVOO in pan, add diced sweet potato & Paleo Powder. 

As it’s cooking, after about 5-7 minutes, add cranberries & rosemary.

Cook until sweet potatoes are done to your liking & ENJOY!! 😋
